* Ingredients - 1 cup white onion (diced) - 7 cloves garlic (chopped) - 1 1/4 cup red pepper (diced) - 2 tbsp fresh flat parsley (chopped) - 2 tbsp crushed red pepper - 2 tsp ground cumin - 1 tbsp sumac - 1 tsp koshering salt - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves (chopped) - 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb - 1/2 lbs ground beef (85% lean for binding) - 2 tbsp white flour * Directions 1. Mix everything together well and refrigerate for at least one hour 2. Form into whateveer 3. Grill for a few minutes per side *or* broil for ~7 minutes per side
